Express Entry is an online system that expedites the process of applications for permanent residence from skilled workers. Express Entry serves as a pathway to permanent residency through various programs like Federal Skilled Worker Program, Federal Skilled Trades Program, Canadian Experience Class and Provincial Nominee Program
Once the Express Entry profile of the candidate is created, these profiles are then ranked based on a point-based system known as the Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS). The candidate with the highest score is selected to be given an Invitation to Apply (ITA). The selected candidates have to complete their application process including the payment of the processing fees.
Check your eligibility and discuss with us about the available options under Express Entry (Check Your Eligibility)

The Provincial Nominee Programs permits the provinces and territories of Canada to nominate skilled workers based on the provincial requirement. The candidates who receive a territorial or provincial nomination can apply for their Canadian permanent residence through Federal Immigration Authorities. In some cases, candidates who do not qualify under the federal programs, may qualify for admission to Canada under a Provincial Nominee Program. The candidates can also qualify for a temporary work permit in the interim. Each and every province and territory of Canada has its own exclusive Provincial Nominee Programs, catering to the specific requirement of the province/territory.
Family reunification is a key immigration priority for the Government of Canada and it wants their citizens and permanent residents to be reunited and live with their loved ones. Canadian citizens and permanent residents can sponsor their spouses or common-law partners to obtain permanent resident status.
The process involves the approval of the Canadian citizen or permanent resident (the “sponsor”) and the foreigner (the “sponsored”). The process requires the coordination of immigration offices in Canada as well as your country of citizenship in demonstrating that the relationship of the sponsor and sponsored falls under the following categories:
Spouse
Common-law partner
Conjugal partner
The process also differs if you are applying from within Canada or outside Canada. We, at CanDen Immigration Services, understand the nuances for a successful spousal sponsorship application and can guide and support you to reunite with your loved ones.
